Scott and the whole team and environment at Lexus Akron was well above top notch! Even though I did not get repairs done that day, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided. The entire team here should be truly proud of the care they provide. There was another gentleman moving cars around at the front who was so inviting and friendly and should really be commended for setting such a welcoming atmosphere at the door. He even opened my car door when I was leaving.

I had made my appointment over the phone and thought I had been connected to the Akron service department . However I have come to find out I was actually scheduled for the Cleveland dealership (I wanted Akron). Scott never mentioned that he could not find my appointment instead being the consummate professional he worked me in seamlessly and serviced my car . Scott is always positive, helpful, explains everything and is always professional. He is an asset to Lexus and has my complete trust when servicing my Lexus.
