From the service consultant Robby to the service manager to the general manager Pete of the Akron Canton dealership provided the worse service I have ever experienced. Took my lexus in for a oil change and asked if they could check the air conditioner. What they found was over 6,000 worth of repairs. Mind you I just took it in 3 months ago and nothing was wrong then. Caused me to question the trust i have in lexus the brand and the dealership. No one took the time to show me the issue. Just was told to come and pick up my car if I did not want the repairs done. never took the time to go over what they found wrong, only gave excuses. Never asked how they could make it right with me. After knowing full well i was upset on how i was being treated. But of course The sales person Ruth wanted to sell me a car. Today shattered any trust I have with lexus. I know the service department is where you make your money, I have been nothing but loyal to taking my car to this dealership, I guess loyalty is a one way lane.your customers buy from you because they want the the lexus experience, well I guess I truly did today. I don't matter to lexus as a customer. Maybe my friends are right should have purchased a BMW or a Mercedes instead. Maybe that's just what I will do.

You need to train people on redeeming Credit Card points. No one at the dealership ever knows how to handle them. We used 110.00 today and found out we could use 289.66

I just wish we had a dealership closer than an hour’s drive away. That’s a long round trip to just get the tires rotated and gaskets inspected!! But the video log and text notifications are very nice.
