After I called the service manager at metro Lexus in Cleveland then we got somewhere. He called service manager at Lexus Akron canton and service was expedited Hopefully there is better communication when needing service in the future.

Brought car in for 85,000 mile check up. Management knew by 1:00 p.m. yesterday that car needed almost 1200.00 worth of extra work. No notice that car was ready until after I called in close to 3:00 p.m. Left a voicemail message. Received a text, car was ready for pick up. Upon entering the building to return loaner keys and pay I received a second text regarding additional work that should be done.. Lack of communication was not appreciated. I drove loaner home and received my car back today. Driver had to come back and pick my car back up due to a problem with the air conditioner making a loud noise. In attempting to call about the noisy A.C. no one would answer the phone! Disconnected multiple times! Ridiculous! As a long time customer I’m feeling very dissatisfied. My car now has 58 extra miles on it and less gas in the tank! I’m not sure my concerns matter. I was literally left sitting in your waiting room during another routine maintenance and the entire service department closed and went home! Check your records! I think I’m done!
