1 year warranty service was done quickly. I had them check if there were any updates to the navigation system and they verified it was up to date. I have experienced that there are roads not recognized in navigation that do exist. However, this is something that needs to be addressed at a higher level from the dealership.

The process was seamless. One small suggestion would be to run the car through the car wash prior to the customer picking up. This is my first Lexus after many years of driving Volvos and that was always a nice touch following service.

Nick very helpful diagnosing my tire problem and doing the annual service at the same time. This saved me a trip back for service. The car was ready in little over an hour as promised.
Very satisfied with my service, proactively offered service, explained options. Also, car wash guy went the extra step to dry some wet spots which is a little step with big impact.
