I had an emergency off road event. Dead battery. Thanks to Marty my RX 350 was back on the road in time to make an important meeting. And He did that without disturbing the service needs of others. Marty is a great representative for the dealership and the Lexus brand

I brought my car in for service, there was nothing in particularly wrong with the car I didn’t believe. When I got through looking at it the first time they presented me a deal over $4500, over $3000 of that bill was labor. I pick the car up paid that bill $4500 and a couple of days later a stranger on the street told me my brake lights were not working. I took it right back to Lexus and told them my brake lights were not working. They took the car back to see why, they informed me that my brake lights were rusted out. I know my brake lights did not rust out in a matter of two days. They presented me with another bill for over $1000 to fix the brake lights, so my balance of car repair was over $6000 and there was nothing major wrong with my car when I brought it in. When they looked at my car the first time they should’ve saw the brake lights were rusted. They should have saw that on the first inspection. I feel that they nickled and dimed me for the little things that was wrong with the car, because there was no major repairs done on my car I should’ve never been charged over $4000 for labor when there was nothing major wrong with the car. I feel very taken advantage of.
