Always fast and friendly service.
Car was taken valet on Thursday morning. I was told it was done Thursday afternoon and would be returned. Never got a call. Called Friday and was told I would get a call in 15 minutes with a time. Never got the call or the car. Called Saturday and was told I would get the car Monday. We will see. That just seems crazy to have the car that long for simple service!

I want to send kudos of appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and assistance offered to me. I’m recovering from a fractured hip and femur and using a Walker. Everyone went out of their way to help me. They drove me to the waiting room and assisted me to be comfortable. The gentleman taking my information to the gracious, kind African-American young man who went above and beyond to help. THANK YOU

Everything was great except the price
Marty was very communicative and great to talk to. Service from the whole team was smooth all the way through. Even the service team that was walking around the campus that ran into me were amazingly courteous!
Only things were I wish the team would have cleared the maintenance message on the dash and maybe wipe down the inside a little ( no biggie as those are both my responsibility anyway, just would help from a convenience standpoint).
I was a day early and they fit me into their busy schedule..cuddos!!
My service appointment was completed on time as described and the loaner vehicle was ready at time I dropped off my vehicle. Everything was handled professionally and with courtesy.
Service today was professional and staff was courteous and helpful. And didn’t laugh when I tried to echo the strange sound I thought my car was making.
The young man in service, I believe his name was Norm, (said he had been with Lexus 7 yrs), was extremely nice, polite, and went above and beyond.
He was very nice and helpful he kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle
