Everyone I Interacted with today at Lexus Akron/Canton was special. They all made me feel welcome and appreciated. Marty is always a super person to work with. He is thorough and professional, along with being a genuine nice guy. The pleasant lady working out of the temporary visitors trailer made me feel at home and part of the family. As well did the gentleman who greeted me when I arrived and made sure my car was spotlessly clean when I left. This dealership is far superior to Lexus Clearwater, Florida. Finally the mechanics video was 1st class!!!!

Iam not have that there wasn't a resolution at the onset. I feel like I had to plead for a solution rather than solution being offered. I was not happy at all with this visit.

My only minor complaint is that dirt was on my headliner near the front of the sunroof presumably from the techs hands.
