I did not realize the person on the phone scheduled me for the Cleveland location. I went to the Green office as I normally would and they squeezed me in even without an appointment. Plus they got my vehicle done as fast as possible knowing I had a work meeting I needed to attend. They were awesome!! Thank you.

The only thing I have to say is I found a Starbucks napkin on the floor of my car and I don’t go to Starbucks so I’m wondering if maybe the driver went to Starbucks. I’m not sure seems odd….
