Set up text correspondence 48 hours went by with no text answer to estimated completion.
My father is hard of hearing and 86 years old. I am working was looking for estimated completion time to make pick up arrangements. He did call and I was then out of loop until completion text and payment time.

My husband and I would like to have an oil change every 5,000 miles and not the 10,000. I did not like coming in thinking I was getting an oil change and being told I don’t need it. Also if you are willing to be compatible about tire prices I would buy them from you other than other tire stores and not being charged a fee for a tire rotation.

Received estimate of work I needed on 8/19. Approved the estimate within the next few days. Set up date for repairs on 9/16. Apparently the parts were not ordered when I approved the estimate and you had to keep the car until the next Tuesday. Otherwise work completed satisfactorily.

Pickup was fine, return delivery was delayed due to lack of drivers. I understand that due to the distance we are located from the dealership but returning the vehicle with a 23 mile range til E when it left at 3/4 tank is less than ideal. Not saying it had to be refilled to 3/4 but at least enough that stopping at a gas station isn’t our first priority.
