The car was washed and windows were very spotted and dirtier than when the vehicle was brought in. The services were not explained upfront and seemed very high on pickup for actual work performed.

I’m not sure if you still offer it but I brought my vehicle in for the 25000 mile maintenance and I didn’t notice it until I got it home but they didn’t wash it like the normally do. Thank you.
