I was happy with the level of service. I wish all the documentation was included with the paperwork I received. The multi point inspection and alignment specs were not originally include and I had to ask for them.

Excellent Excellent Excellent service! Marty was very effecient and courteous as a representative of Lexus and definately an asset to the company. He made my situation less stressful by keeping me updated on my cars progress. The service department did an exceptional job trouble shooting and accurately diagnosing the problem when no one else could. I can only say THANK YOU to everyone who put in the quality time and effort..you are abs-olutely the best! I will definately choose Lexus again!

Efficient and helpful. Smooth process and informative. Only complaint is my extra fob battery was overlooked and I forgot to ask. Otherwise, no complaints.

All things aside, I really think $300 is pretty steep for oil change, cabin filter and tire rotation. Our previous car a Toyota Prius had yearly maintenance similar to this at Don Joseph in Kent for under $70

I am not happy - I miss my previous service advisor Scott. He was personable and actually took time to talk to me. I had a question for Nick and I am still waiting to hear from him. This new texting system is horrible - how do you expect me to feel the highest quality of service if you don’t even take the time to call me.
