difficult repair job on my car. The service was great, as usual, and much appreciated.
I was unable to schedule a service appointment for 3 days; I called the dealership 4 times over a 3 day period, and each time I was not connected to service dep’t, nor did I receive a return call. On the 4th of attempting to reach service, I was informed that Metro was now doing service scheduling.
I was satisfied with service I received on 11/2. I (and my husband) have purchased 3 Lexus autos from Akron/Canton Lexus , and have been faithful in my maintenance and repairs with Lexus of A/C. Disappointed with service scheduling this last time around.

Was told service would take about an hour and it was actually over two hours.
Too slow. I had a simple oil change appointment at 7:45 in the morning. At 9:30, I am still there, car was finally brought out; still not washed. Finally at left with it at 9:45. Plus it was $80. I can’t see how it makes sense to bring the car back to you. The gentleman who helped me check out and get my keys was very nice and professional. For the rest of the guys that were sitting around and acting important, they all seemed like they had better things to do than provide customer service to me. This was my first trip to your service department. Highly disappointed

I was pleased with the service and the way my problem was handled This is my fourth Rx in a row and my 6th Lexus. I place service as my top priority (along with an auto that I enjoy owning). All of my Lexus automobiles have been purchased new from Metro Lexus.
