I came in thinking my previous service was not completed. Nik took the time to show me how the work was indeed completed. Pryce was great. The issues are related to management and poor functionality of the customer interface. Happy to share the details if interested, but the lack of planning and execution of services (loaners and pickup) forced multiple cancellations and rescheduling. Not the technicians or advisors fault but completely unacceptable for a luxury brand charging premium service prices. Unusual experience and hoping it gets someone’s attention. Thanks.

I've since found out that the problem could have been fixed with a 8 dollar part and they want 4400dollars to fix it that's ridiculous and the dealers should know and so should the technician
