The Lexus team was quick to respond to our problem and resolve it!! We are not interested in selling my wife's Lexus. We love it as well as those technicians that service it for us. Norm is also a pleasure when we arrive there to have it serviced or washed. Nick was truly a blessing as well!

Josh was the only redeeming part of my recent experience. He was very good. Starting with the Lexus garage door coming down and scraping my bumper to the contradictory and lacking communications along with a four day delay, I am sad to say that my experience was quite negative. My basic service had been completed on time. But, the repair Lexus has to do on the bumper caused an extremely inconvenient delay.

Absolutely terrible communication yesterday. It was near impossible to speak with a person to find out status of my vehicle. I also left message with the general manager and have yet to hear back from them. This is quite disappointing. I will also say my faith in the reliability of both the service and the vehicle itself has been shattered.
