I am surprised that you do not run the car through the car wash at the end of the service appointment. Other than that I was very satisfied with the experience.

I couldn’t believe that after I brought my car in for a recall I had to replace gas that I used in my loaner car. Also, I tried to reach service department for 2 days to see when my car was going to be finished without any success. This was the worst customer service I experienced at Lexus. I can guarantee you that I will never bring my car in for service every again

Service was very timely and met all of our expectations and more. The vehicle concierge service is very nice and both persons involved were very personable.
Very good service once I was on site. You need to completely restructure your phone system that takes incoming calls. It appears the incoming calls go to a central system that is not a well functioning system. Long holds, repetitive circling back to the wrong person and just a bad experience.

Lack of communication! No calll to say my car would stay from Friday until Monday. I called myself to ask and that’s when they notified me. Also, always an issue when getting a loaner when I was super clear on needing one and to only schedule my appointment when that wouldn’t be an issue since I live an hour away. I checked in at the desk with a young man who was nice but then someone walked in from the garage when I said, do you have my loaner and he interrupted and said the usual quote I hear everytime, “If we even have one.” To which I replied that I was very clear and they better find one. He then miraculously “found the last one” which was supposedly an es350 but gave me an rx, which meant it couldn’t have been the last one. Upon pickup, everyone was nice but the only thing said was, I’ll need you to sign here! I said well, can you tell Me what happened and what was found or done! He was nice in trying to figure that out and expain. It was very busy but again, the lack of communication is mind blowing. Maybe people just sign with no information or explanations, which to me is unlikely. I cringe at the thought of coming to service my car everytime i make an appointment here. I’m not sure if it’s because I didn’t purchase my car from this dealership in particular or if it’s just a coincidence on my every visit, which isn’t and hopefully won’t be very often!

All repairs I agreed to were completed. Nik explained in a phone call the repair I didn't understand. Car was ready midday Friday which was great. However, the bill was more than what the amended estimate estimate stated on the report I received in Nik's final text. I complained to the service person (Nik was not there when I came in). I have forgotten his name but he handled it and was professional about. The extra charge put in and removed is "Insurance " $245.58. If this had to do with my loaner car then the loaner which I always assumed was FREE isn't free! I am letting stand my answer of yes to the original question. But please note I had to do some pushback for that yes.
