Pryce overall was a good man. I was concerned he did not know i had tire warranty; and while happy car was ready in less than 6 hours..it was way off estimate of end of day/following day; my concern that 2 new tires both having side nails tjat were not repairable...was not understood?..i did appreciate him bringing me my garage door opener out of loaner i had left

Another seamless service appointment !! Everyone was polite and professional, and I’m always treated with respect. The African-American porter that greets you in the service bay was especially helpful and polite.

The car was dropped off with a VERY specific problem. The gas door would not open. They called and said it was fixed and that I just need to wait a few minutes to let the gas depressurize, WHAT?!?! Told me car was ready. Drove half an hour to pick it up. First thing I checked was the gas door and it still did not open. Had to leave car again. This is number 2 for the exact same problem. Wasted so much of my time $90,000 for a car that I cannot gas up. Stranded south of Columbus for 1 hour and 20 mins

I can't say anything bad about my experience at all! I had wonderful service from an extremely polite young man and everyone else that I encountered were nothing but polite and very helpful. Kudos to the Lexus team, I'll be a customer for life.

All good except the all-wheel alignment rip-off ($155.95) service, where only one wheel's (RR) Toe was at 0.22 (improved to 0.13), and I was not given the option to skip it at this time. I will be performing alignment checks elsewhere going forward, where I will be provided with options. Thank you.

Completely dissatisfied…Will never buy another car or get service from this dealership. Needed a simple tire patch and technician ruined the tire. This required me to get a new tire that the dealership refused to reimburse me for. Just terrible customer service…
