My customer service experience with Kimberly Gapsky was very good. However, my experience with the dealership communication system was a 1 out of 10 - extremely poor. The main answering service person sent me to someone other than the service department on my first call to determine my Rx450h status. She tried to forward the call to service and that disconnected. For the next 15 minutes no one would answer the phone call at the Akron Canton Lexus Dealership. I had to drive to the dealership to get the status of my service. I verified that I was using the correct telephone number. Service was delayed until the next day causing me to reschedule installation of new tires by Goodyear. An eight day inconvenience. No manager at the dealership to even communicate the frustration. So, a day late on completion of service, erratic technical issues with the telephone system and being forced to cancel installation of new tires caused the poor rating.

The service department was very busy however the process took the time that was estimated. The lounge area was warm and comfortable.
They cleaned the salt of my car beautifully. I was greeted as I pulled in the garage, opened the door for me, went through the process and directed me to the counter where the employee reviews the status of the service of your vehicle with you. It is behind a glass wall which keeps the noise from the garage out. (Good design) While waiting I walked to another service location where I explained a couple of tech questions about my vehicle I didn’t understand. He too was gracious and went to my car with me to demonstrate when my service was complete. Great service and I love my 350 RX. Thank you

The repair was done to my complete satisfaction. Nik and the he service staff are very knowledgeable and strived to make sure I was happy with the service. Nik listened to my issues and resolved each of them. In all, the service was a pleasant experience.

I was very satisfied with today's service. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The car was thoroughly checked and is now ready for winter. They even took care of the white paint mark from my garage door.

This was a defective part that I had to contact Lexus about myself in order to have it taken care of. That should have been done by your service department.
Everyone is always very professional when I’m there.
I advised Pryce I had a tire losing pressure. I had my service and they checked the tire and found no leaks or punctures. They rotated the tires. When I was advised they found nothing, it still doesn’t explain why the tire is losing pressure. Pryces solution was watch it and if it keeps happening “stop back in”. Well living over an hour away - stopping back in takes literally all day. His next solution was to have them take the tire off and clean the stem and areas for corrosion….he quickly told me this was 38.00 plus tax. For what? To take off the tire you just had off??? If it continues losing air I will bring it back in, and I won’t be happy doing so. Pryce should have tried harder to fix my issue.
