I think the Ruth the saleswoman that sold me my vehicle was amazing let start with that. Marty in service sat at his desk told me my vehicle looked okay to him with a smile on his face and I started to explain that it looked exactly the same as when I brought it in. In the middle of me talking to him he answered the phone and ignored me. Never said excuse me let me answer this call. Just acted as if I wasn’t speaking. I was not impressed with his customer service. He wouldn’t even get up from his seat to look at my vehicle after I attempted to point out the gap in my bumper was still visible. He smiled and replied that it looked okay to him.
Everyone is always great there and all employees have a good personality and understand your questions and will answer all of my concerns.
Nick Rair was efficient and kept me up to date on my vehicle repairs which I appreciated. I hope he works in the service dept. for a long time!!! He is an asset!!
I never have a good experience at this location.
I’m likely going to switch to metro it’s not much further of a drive. Just disappointed with every interaction.

2 items. 1. Cambers needing replaced on an LS with 67,000 miles that has always been serviced at dealership and 2. Bluetooth connectivity issues persist and not fully researched.

Satisfied with the service but making the appt. was less than satisfactory. It took SEVEN (I believe) attempts to reach a service rep. I was disconnected on the first three attempts. All subsequent tries I was advised to call later. All circuits busy. Frustrating.

I drove approx. forty miles to have this service and I could haven driven two miles and had the localToyota store perform the service.
First, the car isn't fixed. Second, I was supposed to get a call from the service manager, John, but that didn't happen either. Third, I left the car there for a tire pressure gage issue. When service called me, they said they fixed something else and knew nothing about the tire pressure gage issue. The incompetence I dealt with for this last week is what u might expect from a local gas station instead of the dealer I bought my $58k car from. My phone number is ****-****-xxxx. If there's anyone left at Lexus who actually does their job, I'm glad to explain.
