From the moment I pulled in, everyone was attentive to my needs. Marty and the entire staff did a wonderful job.
I was very happy with the service but I was not happy with making the appointment. I had to wait a long time on the phone and then call back because scheduling never picked up.
I am very satisfied with the support and courtesy offered at Lexus. I have recommended Lexus-Akron to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I loved the texting option to stay in touch . I will not do a survey, no time, but Nick was awesome.
I had to wait in line some time before being acknowledged. There were computer software issues that had to be addressed. When picking up my vehicle I was incorrectly billed for an included service. The bill had to be corrected and reprinted.
