Pryce was on it! He was there when I stepped out of my car, he asked all the right questions and had me in a comfortable area while I waited. I asked many things about my car and he answered all of them correctly and even had the mechanic talk to me and look at my car with me.
I bought some merch and was on my way with an oil change and 20,000 mile check-up, a mug and license plate holder. Thanks Pryce and thank you Lexus! Lexi is as good as new again!
I am very appreciative that I was able to get scheduled a day in advance since I was in for nieces graduation. I was asked if anything needed looked at and I said my trunk auto open wasn’t working but it may just be dirty. 1 1/2 hours later my rotation was done and I needed to get going. I asked if my trunk had been checked and the response was no but I can send it back to tech for service. I couldn’t wait again so declined. It would have been nice to have that addressed. Otherwise, overall good experience.
