I was happy with the way I was treated at the service department at Akron Canton Lexus
New look,new team fantastic!! Mr. Brown was on top of the situation and advised based on manufacturer suggested services.
I don’t want to have to PROVE myself each time I bring my car into Lexus Akron Canton and have to show my extended and additional vehicle coverage packages I purchased when I bought my car a couple years ago.
Also, when my road hazard tire and key package entitles me to a NEW tire due to a nail in the tire while driving, (covered road hazard) I shouldn’t have to go around and around with the service person, Nick, and settle for a “patched” tire. I had to PROVE that I was entitled to the new tire !!!then I felt as though my heart was going to burst from the anxiety . I did get the tire but with SO MUCH HASSLE, TIME and EFFORT , when it should be effortless! This was NOT an amazing experience but an awful one! Until Jon, the Service Manager always takes the time to make things better for me, because I end up having to go to him , which I appreciate ! He’s amazing!
Pryce did a great job of explaining the process. Everyone I came into contact that day had a smile on their face! The new building was so comfortable and beautiful. I love this dealership!

Very Disappointed!!! Never called. Vehicle was available on Monday! Yet, we called this afternoon, its done. No apology, lack of customer service. We will be servicing our vehicle elsewhere in the future. Very, very disappointed. Need to better train your employees to have better customer service.l and better communication.
