Error after error occurred, from initially setting up service to when my vehicle would be returned. Was picked up June 1 n was to return June 1. Was then told June 2. After paying June 2, texted would not get car til June 5, but promised first driver at 8 am. Called at 10, car not even sent out. Never had such bad experience with any car, make or model.total disregard of customer.

He was timely, kind, and was very straightforward and clear with his explanations about the inspection results.
He said it would take about 1 1/2 hours and it did.

Pryce was very pleasant and competent. When i called before 3p to find out if the service was complete, I was informed that Pryce had left at noon and they were unaware that I would be returning for my car. All turned out well though because they were done. A very nice young man finished the transaction for me without issues.
I was very disappointed in the service I received today I asked have my car back by noon. I said it wouldn’t be a problem. I never got any calls. I had to call three times and then still no call back.I just got in the car and went to the dealership. I have been a customer for a very long time and I don’t know if I will continue service here.

I am completely dissatisfied that I bought a L Certified GX from YOUR DEALERSHIP less than two years ago and was told I’d get 2 years of service included, and yet I had to pay $365 for my service yesterday.
I think I only put 15,000 miles on it in two years… because of the next issue.
Next, it’s hard for me to believe that I bought a L Certified GX from you and Lexus did absolutely ZERO to support their customers when they failed to upgrade our vehicles when support for 3G cellular went away.
Why would Lexus be putting 3G tech in 2017 vehicles when 4G was available almost 10 years earlier? Nobody ever gave me a good answer about that.
FYI, other manufacturers such as Volkswagen and Subaru supported their customers with free satisfactory upgrades and they’re not even considered luxury brands.
I used to be able to start my GX when my flight landed so it would be warm by the time I got to it in the middle of Winter. That’s a big reason why I bought it.
I doubt I’ll ever buy another Lexus after all this crap.
