Wouldn’t honor an oil change promised when I made the appointment.
The woman who I made the appointment with checked to see if I was entitled to my last complimentary oil change. Disappointed to have driven all that way only to receive tire rotation. I feel they should have honored since I had her check before making. After inspection they advised needing brakes. Unfortunately, I will take that business elsewhere.

Josh was amazing. It is by far the most satisfying customer experience I ever had. He was welcoming, listening and knowledgeable in what he was doing.
Although I am fine with Pryce I do have two issues. One, the weekend before my car was picked up I received text messages telling me how safe my car was and being taken care of. My car was in my garage, not in your possession until late Monday morning. Both drivers were very nice. Second after spending over 2000.00 on service, I would have expected my car to be returned freshly washed. Just a suggestion. Otherwise very satisfied with the service. Thank you

Lexus staff always gives great customer service
I paid for the service on my car at 1:43 PM and I’m told that it would just be a few minutes till the service would be done and the car would be going to the wash bay. Yet I sat in the waiting area till 3:40 waiting for someone to come tell me my car was done. When no one came, I went to the service area to see if they were finished with my car. When I went into the service area, I was asked if I could be helped. I said yes, I’ve been waiting for my car. The gentleman said “Well it’s right there.” I looked at him and asked how long has it been sitting there? He replied “ Well, a little while. Nick left for the day and left this note, but we couldn’t find your paperwork.” Now really, people. You can’t find my paperwork? Did you think maybe to call Nick and ask him where the paperwork was? Did you possibly think to come out and tell Mrs. Hoffee that her car was ready and as soon as you had the paperwork in hand that I could leave? Have you done this, I would have shown you copies of my paperwork. Instead, I sat in the service waiting area for almost 2 hours waiting for a car that should have been done by 2 PM. I try very hard not to get upset with people that are doing a service for me. I have never slammed a car door. Today, both of these things happened. I’m embarrassed that I showed a bit of anger to the service people, but I am glad that I did not say more than what I did, and that is that I found my experience at your dealership today to be totally unacceptable.
