Nick was able to expedite the repair! Big Win! Also, everyone I encountered was so pleasant and helpful. From Service (Nick)to parts (Dan) to sales (Tamara) and even Peter Spacagna, the GM, everyone was genuinely involved in making sure I had a great experience while at Lexus. I appreciated each of you that I encountered.

The service tech was great The Service desk was great I was disappointed when I pick up my car, only because it needed vacuumed Lexus Service is expensive and one of the perks of using Lexus is getting car back clean That’s all Nothing serious
