The communication wasn’t to my liking. I have taking my vehicle multiple times to the location to receive multiple services. I was always satisfied with the service. However, the last time I had an issues with my vehicle, I had to reach out multiple times to get an update on my view cle. Nothing was being done to it until I drove to the location, after attempting to call and hear back from the place. I will be looking for a new place to get my oil change and other services done.

My service was completed, but it took longer to get my car back than expected. I am also surprised when buying a high end car such as a Lexus, that all services are not provided at your garage. I paid for the carpet protection warranty and now I have to call and make separate arrangements to have my carpet cleaned.
