It took 2+ hours and 6 phone calls including 3 pages & 4 voice-mails.
I received no call backs from Pryce or anyone else.
One person that I spoke with in service said only Pryce xould get an update....

Price provided an answer to an issue I’ve been having with going through car washes. I’ve asked before but i was told there is no problem. Price not only explained the issue but showed me how to go into neutral when I’m going through a car wash. The car wash told me a lot of people were having the same issue! I am very appreciative.
It was my first service experience at Lexus and despite the previous night’s storms and outages in the area, all were professional and went the extra mile to provide me with friendly, professional service!
One suggestion…I had a coupon for the service but forgot to use it. It would be nice if I was asked if I had a coupon, as some companies do. Thank you for your consideration.

Like I told Nick I was dissapointed and would have appreciated a call earlier in the day to inform me my car would not be ready until the following day. I would have spent my afternoon much differently than waiting around the house waiting for the call that my car was ready for pick up.
Very satisfied with Nick’s performance. Explained the entire tire buying process to us and showed us all the options. Would definitely recommend him to other customers.

Best service I’ve had so far and I’ve been using Lexus for 16 years. Norman was exceptional. He saw I was struggling transferring my 2 small kids to the loaner car and went above and beyond to help me with moving things and even entertaining my kids.
Josh is excellent! I trust his opinion and recommendations. My tech diagnosed my issue quickly…I was really impressed with both gentlemen!

Excellent service advisor - and this comment does not reflect on him. I brought my car back in because the parking brake was not engaging when parking on an incline (would drop onto the transmission when I release the brake pedal) whereas it used to hold before I had my new rear brakes including new rotors done. Upon picking up the car and driving home, the vehicle developed a serious shudder above 42 mph as if the tires were out of balance or warped rotors. I turned around and brought the car back but the dealership was already closed. There was a strong burning smell coming from the vehicle when I got out, mostly in the rear. I had to call a ride to pick me up from the dealership. This is very inconvenient since the vehicle is back again and the downtime is affecting my commitments/appts throughout the day. I also paid for new pads and rotors at the original service, and hope these weren’t damaged from this incident (I would expect them to be replaced if they were stressed).
