The drivers side mirror won’t turn downwards when in reverse, I brought it to their attention but they must of forgotten about it. Other then that the service was outstanding

Super friendly!!!! Very efficient! Very knowledgeable! All went really well! I did ask to have my car vacuumed, and I would pay for it. That was forgotten. Otherwise all was great!! ! Thank you very much!

Josh Jancha is awesome. I really appreciated his openness regarding an issue that was identified with my car (didn’t try to up sell me) and also gave me a discount I had no idea I was entitled to. That is the sort of thing that makes me want to do more business with a company.
He was very polite and went above and beyond to meet the request we asked; therefore, we were very satisfied with the service.

Zerryck Rogers checked my car in at 10 am for an oil change and new wipers. The check in document was the one from my previous appointment. He did not enter current mileage etc. I was waiting on car and sat in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours with no status. I went to the service counter at 11:30 and Rogers was not there. Nikolas Rair helped me and tried to locate Rogers but no response. Nilkolas could not establish the status of my service. I told him I was going to walk next door for lunch and surely my service would be done when I returned. I returned at 1 pm. Still no Rogers and Nikolas said he would take over my service. Turns out my car had not been touched. So he gave me a rental and would contact me when my car was ready. I received the text that my car was ready at 4pm. When I returned Rogers was there but another agent rushed to help me. He apologized and said there was no charge for my service. I appreciated that. But Rogers never said a word to me which I thought was a little rude on his part. So I decided not to say anything as well. I am satisfied now, and zeroing out my bill was a nice gesture and I thank you. But Mr Rogers needs some training on customer service. Thank you
I understand that he had to unexpectedly take time off and it seems management did not have a process to backfill his role in communicating status. After several attempts to speak with a service rep, I finally connected with Josh. Josh was quick to respond and I was able to pick up my car and return the loaner.
