Quick and professional service
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I purchased the tires at the dealership and was told rotation would be free, I was charged. I’ve taken the car to the dealership for oil change and routine maintenance since purchase in 2013. For some reason, which no one could explain, synthetic oil was used. When I questioned the change, I was assured it was not a problem, would not damage the engine and it was confirmed that with synthetic oil a change is necessary every 10,000 miles.
The reminder sticker indicates an oil change will be needed in 5000 miles. I left the dealership very frustrated.
I liked not being pressured into other services other than what I came for. I will say that I might forgo a car wash next time as I just had it washed on Sat. I left there with my car looking worse than when I came in. Water/soap spots everywhere.

Service took much longer than I thought 2 plus days. I would have taken a rental car if I had known. I had no issues with the service rep as he was polite and accomadating.
Zerryck was very helpful, he took the time out to personally walk me to the parts dept so I could purchase a fob battery... it's not far from the service dept, but I thought it was very kind of him to **** me instead of just sending me there
When a driver wasn’t available to return our vehicle when we needed it Josh went above and beyond by personally delivering it on his way home. We were very appreciative.

I had a 10am appointment. Service rep said it would take less than an hour. 90 minutes later I hadn’t heard anything, so I went to check with the rep and he had no answer why it was taking so long. 15 minutes later he said car was done and asked if I wanted a car wash. He said it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later he came and said car was done.
Very poor communication throughout.

Josh was polite and professional. Only issue that I have is he or the mechanic put in the wrong mileage on my invoice and I am hoping this will not be an issue for a possible faulty oil change indicator in a couple thousand miles. I know one is perfect and this just might a simple clerical error. This was my only issue with my visit.
This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I expected more when bringing my vehicle to you. The communication and updates were very few. My vehicle took a week and a half to be repaired and that was not communicated to me. The quote I was given was surpassed by over $100 and that was not communicated until I picked up my vehicle. Due to the poor service I received, I missed several appointments, a trip and more. I would appreciate to be contacted by management.

I really like the valet service when I just can’t fit it into work schedule. Since I’m a distance away, it would be good to know pickup schedule and planned service date. I was able to work around but having that info. In advance would be better. The valet drivers did a great job of letting me know when they were on their way and 1/2 hour warning. Everything I requested was addressed on the car. All in all a good experience.
