The software update did not fix blank screen. 30 minutes after leaving the dealership it went blank and is still blank. This is not a reflection on Nik’s service though. Just a fact that it is not fixed and we were inconvenienced, and paid $175. I left Nik a message for tomorrow morning.

Very professional. Pretty impressive. Very smooth process. This was my first experience with the service dept. This is my 3rd Lexus. Since I live in Youngstown my car gets picked up, serviced , then delivered. I needed to go to Canton, so I came to the dealership and had my first experience with the service process, I was very impressed, called my husband and told him how great it was. Thank you

I did not receive a status call at noon as promised. I called late afternoon for a status report, stayed on hold 15+ minutes, then had to leave a message requesting return call which never came. Called back & thankfully the receptionist recognized my number & put me on hold until a service rep would talk to me. Very inefficient & not customer friendly.

Had my car all day long for a simple oil change and rotation of tires. Had no idea that was going to happen. Don’t like not being called by service mechanic re: what may need to be done to my car. Depended on me to find a txt on my phone and read it re: suggestions. I had to call Lexus at 4 pm to see when car would be finished. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am.
