Pretty rough first experience for my 5k maintenance. Talked to Josh on 11/8 to confirm valet coming first thing Thursday 11/9. At 2:00 on Thursday no one had come to get my vehicle so I called and talked to Gina who said someone forgot to check valet in the computer. Honest mistake, no big deal Said they’d come Friday with something to seat at least 6 since I needed to take my kid and his friends to a birthday party Saturday. Gina said Friday someone would be out between 8:30 and 9. Lou called around 10:30 said was on her way. Showed up in a five seater. That’s the last I heard from anyone until I called on Wed 11/15 (5 days later) to see why my 5k maintenance was taking 5 days. Zerryck said Lou put the keys in a box but didn’t give anyone the paperwork. Evidently no one proactively checks the key box every night to make sure things don’t get missed. Couple hours later my car was back. Combo of service writer lack of attention and procedural gaps seemed to be the source of this nonsense. If the service department has a manager, he or she has some things to tighten up. Thanks.

Job well done. I had asked about the interior lights when entering and exiting. Apparently there was confusion as I received a note that driving lights, exterior were fine. Definite miscommunication here. I still love my Lexus.
