This was my second experience for service with my new Lexus. Overall I’m very pleased. I struggled with the video, but finally was able to make it work. I would have also liked a car wash.

Pete, the General Manager greeted me because I did not want Nick , in Service to wait on me due to previous problems with Nick! Pete was more than helpful! He got my car in right away, had the mechanics check it out and had 3 tires installed and a battery put into my key fob. I had tire insurance so one of my tires was at no charge and the other tire was just put on a couple months ago so I ended up paying for 2 tires and an alignment. Pete checked on me throughout my wait time in the waiting room. He was very kind, very thoughtful and very helpful!

I don’t feel that a true and accurate recommendation was made for service to my vehicle today. I was told that my 3 of my tires are “cupping” and was offered an alignment to fix the issue. I declined and the issue was dropped. It hadn’t been sitting well with me today, so I checked my documentation from the inspection when I got home and noticed that there was no mention of this “cupping” on the paperwork and all tire tread was at an appropriate level. If this was truly an issue, I would think this would have been mentioned in writing (even if only for liability’s sake). I am not satisfied with this blatant attempt to upsell something that was likely not necessary.

No need to contact me: 1) Was not informed of the $165 diagnostic fee at the beginning, I was fine with the charge just surprised Joshua did not tell me when I brought in the car. 2) Your app did not totally breakdown the final bill, just wanted me to pay the total without see an invoice
