I stopped by with my tire light on, and they squeezed me in for service.
Horrible experience and I will never bring my car back there nor purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.
We were completely satisfied! HOWEVER, we did miss the snacks that were previously provided! PLEASE bring the snacks back!!

Did not solve my problem after charging a big money. And there was no follow up recommendation but charging more money. I don’t think this is the survive quality for a Lexus shop, but it feels more like a money trap of endless hole.
I am very satisfied with everything that Lexus did with my car and how they treated me. I just wanted someone to know that the key fob I was given, I think is missing the bottom part to it. It’s the part that you can attach a keychain to. I can send a picture of it if you need it.

I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. This Service department has excellent customer service. They do not pressure and the communication is outstanding.

Over the course of two days Zerryck was the only person in the service department who was responsive and helpful. The rest of the staff was unreachable. It took far too long to get my car in and out of service. The reputation Lexus used to have for putting customers first has been missing for a long time.
