we are satisfied with the professionalism of all personnel. The reason we do not normally have or vehicle services at LA/C is the inflated costs for routine maintenance compared to other dealerships. We were very disappointed when the device told us to pay $100 + for an alignment on the day we picked up our brand new vehicle. This seamed like a dishonest way of milking us out of additional money.

The actual service was fine, but I like to use the valet service and I guess there weren’t enough valets because they had my car from Wednesday, Nov. 29th and I didn’t get it back until Monday Dec. 4th. Too many days for my liking!!
