I was very impressed with Pryce, service technician from the beginning until the end of my first initial experience at Akron-Canton Lexus. He kept me well informed through texts on what was happening with my vehicle. Although, I had requested an appointment with Technology and it was not registered in my phone conversation with Meghan, Drew was very kind to assist me and help me with my questions. Communication starts with the initial phone! to set up accurate appointments.

I had a $30 coupon offer that I attempted to use today, but had it denied as it expired on Friday 12/15. I had attempted to schedule two weeks sooner, first open date was 12/18. My services totaled in excess of $500 today, but had the coupon denied. Disappointing on the part of Akron Canton Lexus to deny the coupon, Pryce had addressed with others in the office. So why send the offers if they will not be honored?

Z. Rodgers was fine. He was professional and thorough during the intake process and tried keep me updated over the two days my car was in. However, your automated notification system is not clear. The document texted when the car was done was interpreted as my having a $500.00+ charge. When I arrived Zerryck was able to explain that was a recommendation.. why?? The vehicle had been in your service department three weeks prior. I understand I am not the first customer to be confused with the updated report information. Needs revised for customer clarity.

Josh was an excellent service advisor. In fact, the best I have worked with since Scott left. I will be requesting him ever time in need service. He seemed very knowledgeable about what service I needed and was very easy to work with.

Great service. Only thing was it took approximately 2.5 hours from the time I was pulled in until I left. Work done was an oil change and tire rotation. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Josh was the service advisor that worked with me. — Brett
