Well, there were a couple of problem, but mostly it was a lack of timely communication re the completion of service and difficulty in getting the parts in a timely fashion. I did finally receive the car back today, and it is in good condition, with one exception: they were supposed to touch up the rims that were scuffed in the accident as well. That didn’t happen.
This was our first service visit after having purchased our vehicle. Everyone we interacted with answered our questions thoroughly. I’m not tech savvy, so made a same day, pre-maintenance appointment with Drew to go over questions and features of our vehicle. THAT was immensely helpful as well.

Today’s service was ok, although I was there for several hours. It’s what lead up to today’s service for which I am dissatisfied. I had my car to your service department twice before today with a leaky tire. I had to take it somewhere else for them to tell me in 5 minutes there was a HOLE in my tire. In my opinion this is unacceptable and dangerous.
Josh was easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and kept me up to date.
