After your service the parking warning system is not working. The warning on the instrument panel says it is turned off. Why? We are leaving for 2 weeks and this is inconvenient. BTW when we scheduled the service the agent said we would get fuel fill-up because of the recall work. That didn't happen either.

4 times the 12 volt battery has gone dead in 13 months. If you google search the problem, not only does Lexus know about it, they seem to be unable to solve it. Poor design of how the 12 volt battery charges. The EV vehicle is a lemon.

The speaker in the video spoke so fast and faded In and out I couldn’t understand a word he said about my car. Need to slow down and annunciate his words. Also I feel as tho I’m being nickled and dimed for everything. Most places where you purchase tires, they offer free rotations. For the price I paid for this car they should be free.
