Terrible service department. Not forthright or honest. Lexus certified warranty is a joke. Managers were no help at all. I will post on every social media outlet l can. I hope this helps to show this dealer should not receive any kind of awards. Not helpful in the least.
As always I received the best service and the staff is nice and caring.
I was charged for a tire rotation and I had new tires put on my car just 2 weeks ago and didn’t need that rotation done. My daughter called and spoke with Pryce about this. I’m 88 years old and when I was called about approving services I didn’t think about the tires. I have been a customer for years and feel that an adjustment should have been made to my bill. The prices for services there are exceedingly high compared to other service providers. I’m now not wanting to return there for future service.

Please, no more surveys and no more adds/requests to trade in my car. The weekly emails, snail mails and texts are over the top and just annoying. If I want another car I will contact you, maybe . . . Since I’m so frustrated with the hard presell from Lexus. And . . . If you want my opinion in the future—offer me something tangible—like a free car wash or tire rotation or oil change, “thanks” aren’t enough for my time/patience.

Pryxe was fine to deal with. We were completely unhappy that we paid to have our rear brakes fixed in June od 2023, and 7 months laer $800 to have brakes fixed again. Umheard of ! Something was wrong and its not our driving! Never has this problem with any other car!
Pryce was great and absolutely zero negative comments about him.
I am very disappointed that your service bill-able rate is $200/hr. Feel free to contact me about it and I appreciate my feedback isn’t going to change it but the rate may sway my next purchase decision away from Lexus to another brand that has a lower service rate (like $150 to $175, which is also very high!).

The service is always great, however one small issue. Someone changes my light settings. I keep them on auto and can't imagine why the need turned off in a well lit room. In the future please leave them as they are. The interior is bright so I didn't notice until the Policd pulled me over
Pryce was wonderful to deal with regarding the repairs to my car. He was informative and helpful in helping me decide to make major repairs to my aging vehicle. I’ll be back!!

You took off my bumper without my knowledge or permission and still didn’t fix the problem of a sensor blinking on the dash. So I paid $160 for you to remove my bumper. Shouldn’t you ask before remove part of my suv?
