Zerryck is a nice young man. He kept me appraised of what was happening with my car. The car has an issue with both heat shields above the mufflers. It could not be fixed and would need replaced at a large expense. He suggested trying a muffler shop. I appreciated his honesty and concern for me as a long time customer.l've always held this dealership in high regard & will continue to do so.
I was not told my extra fob was incomplete! I paid cash for this car and was never given anything except a fob I would like some one to check on this I bought the car from Mark Stacey

Your work ok. But I bought Lexus for quality. Don’t know why Lexus would put crappy tires on any car let alone a luxury car. Will be calling them Monday to chew some ****

They did the service fine but the car was left for Rim repair. They missed a rim so car had to go back up for that and left. They did pick my car up and drop off
