Zerryck provided exceptional service. Not only was he professional and courteous, but also willing to step outside of his “knowledge zone” to help me figure out how to use something in my new car! He was OUTSTANDING. He didn’t send me to someone else, or tell me to ask someone else, he asked another Lexus staffer himself and showed me how to do it afterwards. True customer service is hard to find…Akron Lexus and Zerryck provided that for me today.
