Everytime I come for an oil change it always takes longer than anyone could ever anticipate . Got an oil change on 4/11/24 and it took 1.5 hours…. What’s the point of an appointment if my car won’t be worked on promptly after that time frame. Not to mention when I got my car back all of a sudden i’m having electrical issues and a bad battery. Something always goes wrong the day after I get work done here at Lexus Akron canton. I know you guys don’t care but i’m never bringing any of my vehicles back and nor none of my family or friends
