I was surprised that I didn’t receive a call from the service department when the part came in to get it installed. I called the service department to inquire about the part and found out it was in so I made the appointment on Tuesday to get it installed for Thursday.

The service was good, but took longer than expected
For one thing - not a big deal but I thought the car was to be vacuumed out and washed. It was not! I still want to know why the car would not start one day and a warning flashed on saying that I was to take the car out to the dealer as soon as possible! I asked but was told it was because it needed an oil change. Does that mean I will be stranded when I hit 10,000 miles? I only had 3996 miles when it came in!
Service was excellent just don’t understand why o2 sensor was bad last service water pump leaking this service vehicle only has 54,450 miles other than that service was great

Service experience was quick and professional. Only concern is that a bottle of opened water was left in the cup holder of the car. I gave it to the gentleman that returned my car and he said it wasn’t his but it definitely wasn’t mine either.

Had a headlight washer flap fall off my car on I71 9 days ago. Your service dept told me it was not under warranty and your supervisor agreed after he looked at my car.Said there was scuffing around the washer area. Appeared to be outside bbn influence. BUNCH OF CRAP. That vehicle has NEVER HIT OR BEEN HIT BY ANYTHING!!!!. The scuffing could maybe be by a shopping cart and is VERY SLIGHT, SAY THAT AGAIN VERY SLIGHT and not NEAR THE WASHER FLAP. The SUPERVISOR NEVER came to me personally to explain his stance, he sent a young kid to talk me.SPENT 65 000 FOR the car 2 and half years ago and your staff came out snd sang and congratulated me for the purchase. Your staff was all very nice when i bouhht the car and NOWHERE IN SIGHT WHEN THIS WARRANTY ITEM SHOWED UP!! Show this message to the NICE LADY that sold me the car. See what she thinks!!! Was going to trade this in this fall and going to buy a 2025!! NO WAY NOW!!@ YOU WERE THERE WITH ALL SMILES WHEN I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE AND EVERYBODY DISAPPEARED WHEN I HAD A WARRANTY ISSUE. DEAD WRONG!! YOUR SUPERVISOR MADE A LAME EXCUSE AND DIDNT HAVE THE GUTS OR COURTESY TO TALK TO ME!! BUSH LEAGUE!!
