I also bought 4 new Michelin tires. After they were installed, it looked like the rims were scratch, but it was actually some sticky gooey crap on the rims around the tire bead.

From Josh on through all the other staff, they could not have given me a better customer experience. Everything was explained very well. It took a little longer than I anticipated but I didn’t mind because the loaner car was nice. Really , I am just blown away with how luxurious the experience is.
