I spent $2,900 in repairs 5.14.2024. Pryce and technician did a great job. On pickup, Pryce wasn't there, my car wasn't washed. Are complimentary car washes only available to those spending over $3,000?

I told him that I had an additive on my front seat that I wanted added
to the oil change. My request is not on the invoice. After I paid for the services requested, I jump in my car to get to work, and notice the additive was still on my front seat. I notified him, and he said he will have the tech add it. I questioned if he drained off 16 oz and added the product. He said he got most of it in.
I have never had a bad experience at this dealership, until today.
