Josh went above and beyond to allay my concerns and accommodated my request for expedited service.
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and courteous. The only issue I had was that my car was not filled up with gas when it was returned to me after the service was completed. Other than that I was happy with the service.

A service person put the wrong mileage down for my RX350. I told the person when I first arrived not to wash my car this time because I had just washed it yesterday. They washed it anyway and left water spots on my windshield and doors. I also had a $30.00 discount card for my oil change and I don’t think that I received my discount. I called to discuss these grievances and the phone cut off and I was never contacted. Yes I am very dissatisfied with my experience 5/2/2024
