I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a oil change, tire rotation and the multi point inspection. I only got a battery replaced as a result of the inspection. Saw after the fact I was charged for tire rotation and I purchased the tires at the dealership. Asked to make sure that the rotation was free and was told yes and the credit would be applied towards the future brake work. I asked to have the credit put back on my credit card as I didn’t want the credit left on the account. Never heard back if the credit was applied. Just not one of my better experiences.

I have been a loyal customer of Lexus of Akron Canton for over ten years and have always had a positive experience with the service department until now. I found Zerryck to be very unprofessional. I had my car in for its 90,000 mile service and knew that I was going to need new tires and front brakes from my prior visit in late January. Therein lies the problem, I had mentioned to Zerryck that I had purchased my tires from the dealership and that it was my understanding that I would receive a prorated price for the new tires because I was still within the warranty period. He informed me that if I had purchased any tires before that had been prorated the warranty coverage would not apply, which is pure fiction! He then called me to say that yes I would be entitled to a proration from Michelin in the amount of $330. I then asked him what the price would be for the new tires with the proration. When he gave me the price I was shocked! The price was just shy of $1400 with the proration, which is roughly $350 per tire. I then checked Michelins website for the suggested MSRP and it was $262 per tire. I then called Zerryck who agreed to an offset just on the tires not including labor, so I ended up paying $300 per tire out the door. So the bottom line is it wasn’t about the cost, but rather the deception !! Therefore I am sad to say that I will never do business with the dealership again. Ken D.
