Josh Jancha, Service Tech assigned to me was very professional and courteous. He explained to me the display screen that has a defect is on back order and I will be contacted upon its arrival to be replaced. My wheel which I have a service contract on looks brand new. Josh and the rest of your Service Department makes you feel like a V I P!
