This is probably gonna come through twice because the first time it didn’t go through, but my husband was impressed that the car was filled with gas when the service was done
1. 24/7 contact number is not available outside business hours. 2. No clear reason why my car didn’t start leaving me stranded for four hours in freezing temps. No explanation given to me and I am worried it may happen again. 3. I clearly and repeatedly told the repair service man, Pryce, I needed to have my car dropped off at 8:30 for work and I live an hour away and was assured I would receive it. Then, got a call stating that the driver wasn’t available that early and he couldn’t understand why I was promised something he knew wasn’t possible.
Price. Was professional, prompt, and helpful in answering questions and offering an associates help with extended maintenance packages.

He really tried to push the most expensive suggested repair. After I spoke to someone, I shouldn’t have replaced the driver belt either.
Nik and his team got us right in as it was an emergency roadside situation due to a tire needing addressed. Nik replaced the tire in relatively short order which allowed us to carry on with the balance of our day.
I don’t like the new way of communicating with the customer. What if I didn’t have my phone with me. I use to like when the service manager would come in and talk about an issue with the car. Not personal anymore. I do not like the new lounge area. I like the old way better. I loved the old fireplace area, “felt homey.” our Lexus dashboard was not reset. I feel we had better customer service years ago. I don’t mind change if it is for the better, but I don’t feel this is.
Service was completed efficiently. Pryce and staff were polite and welcoming.
