Very friendly service. Wait wasn’t too terrible long. Lyft service was very quick and convenient. New set-up is nice, but 2 comments about it: 1) seats are generally comfortable, but too deep for short people 2) waiting area needs some artwork

My Express oil change, mid afternoon and midweek took nearly ninety minutes. No updates were provided. Tim was nice, he welcomed me and handed me my paper work an hour and a half later.

Great service all around. My only word of advice would be agents that ask your name first. Nothing worse than getting "Hi, what kind of car can I sell you?" How about try something more personal. Other than that Andrew was awesome.

ALAN McKenna continues to provide best maintenance and repair advise for both of our Hondas. Today's service appointment took a minimum of time. I was impressed. Recent renovations are much appreciated. Customers talk about how nice everything looks! ALAN McKenna is the best! Also young man at the register does a great job taking payment.
