Car was there for an oil change and possible tire rotation. Car was in for 4.5 hours and. OT ready when I went to pick it up. Supposedly a “tech hold” but Tim didn’t say why. Just said, “well I’ve tried to call you and you wouldn’t answer!” Really? If you sales Perkins wouldn’t call ALL the time I wouldn’t block the calls. Why not text?? Then when I asked why the hold all he said was “it’s your fluids” but atefusef to say what the issue was. Absolutely would NOT recommend Tim OR Right Honda!!!!

Thank you for a great service on my Pilot. I see they did much work, will need to go over paperwork to understand all that was done. I have Honda’s since I believe 1999, great cars and suvs. I always love my Honda’s, never change!
