TJ was super helpful. The whole thing was simple and straight forward. I love the short video on the underside inspection, and being able to check and approve repairs on my phone. I'd definitely recommend TJ and Right Honda to everyone.
When I purchase my vehicle I was told I would receive two free oil changes and that is it, the first oil change was easy and a great experience. I brought my car back for its second oil change, I dropped it off and left then received a call telling me that I no longer had the second free oil change because of miles? a mile cap was never discussed or mentioned to me when I bought my car or during my first oil change which is frustrating. I could have gone back to get my car but i drove very far and was already there. The person helping me told me the oil change would now be $109. I received a text that my car was ready to be pick up and when I got there the guy helping me showed me a receipt with the total being $140? The oil change was supposed to be free, then turned into $109, and then was $140??The guy helping me said he had taken $20 dollars off but what does that really do when it was supposed to be FREE! This was a very frustrating experience. I had such a good experience the first time and considered making Right Honda the place I go for everything, but after this I probably wont be back.
Steve was Gtreat- he smiled - not many of your employees do! Crabby! He made me feel confident in what he was doing and telling me. Most of all he had a happy face and a pleasant demeanor for any employee that is a plus. Makes all customers feel valued and wanted thanks Steve.
